1) Online application
The link will take you to the EDUKA platform. To complete the application, start by selecting the relevant school year (2025/2026 if you wish to enrol your child for the current school year, OR 2026/2027 if you wish to enrol them for the school year starting in September 2026).
2) Review of the application by the school administration
3) Payment of the registration fees
Once you have completed step 2, the relevant invoice will be posted to your profile in the EDUKA system. You will also receive it by email at the address registered on the platform.
4) Signature of a contract with the school
The enrolment application includes a contract between the school and the child’s family, setting out the financial terms. This document must be signed by the childs legal guardian(s) and constitutes a legal commitment for both parties.
VERY IMPORTANT: Step 4 requires a separate email address to be provided for each legal guardian..
If both legal guardians have the same email address, or if there is no email address for guardian no. 2, the electronic signature procedure will fail. It is therefore essential that each legal guardian enters a separate email address in the EDUKA system.
Please note that all 4 steps of the procedure will be completed online. At each stage of the procedure, you can connect to EDUKA to follow the progress of your file.
Families of children already enrolled at our school will receive a message from the LFV administration containing detailed information on the rules and timetable for the re-registration.
Enrolling a child implies acceptance of the school’s rules and regulations. These are also signed by parents and children (lower and upper secondary school) at the start of the school year.
