The French School in Warsaw offers a wide and diversified range of extracurricular activities at flexible hours in order to meet the schedules of families.

Extracurricular activities are offered during the following hours:

• AES 1: 2:50pm – 3:50pm
• AES 2: 3:55pm – 4:55pm
• AES 3: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (for sports activities only)

In addition, we offer childcare from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and from 3:55 to 5:30 p.m. (preschool) or 3:55 to 6 p.m. (elementary school) in the afternoon (still subject to registration for the first AES slot). We invite you to choose activities instead of daycare.

All our activities are provided by qualified professionals and are offered
in small groups (3-20 students).

RATES 2025/2026

Four annual flat rates offered based on the number of children per activity:

1. 12 to 18/20 students: PLN 100 (sports, games, daycare)
2. 8 to 12 students: PLN 1,300 (languages, artistic activities)
3. 6 to 8 students: PLN 2,100 (value-added activities, in small groups, in partnership with external institutions (Better Academy, British Council)
4. 3 to 4 students: PLN 2,300 (instruments, sensory activities)

Registration

The registration process is as follows:

1. From Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. until Monday, September 1, at 12:00 p.m. – online registration opens via the EDUKA administrative application.
2. For activities where the number of applicants exceeds the number of places available, a lottery will be held on Tuesday, September 2, among all those who have registered.
3. September 3 between 12:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. – if, following the random draw, your child’s name is not on the list for their first-choice activity, you will need to correct your registration by choosing another activity instead. Groups will be confirmed as soon as the minimum number of registrations is reached.
4. You must log in between September 4 at 2:00 p.m. and September 5 at 12:00 p.m. to double-check and make any necessary corrections to your registration if a group in which your child is enrolled has to close due to low enrollment.

AES will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025.
